Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in the security services sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and attainment of individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their security needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on performance to senior management regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
