Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnership success
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring favorable terms for the company
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industry is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila as needed
