Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Provide technical consultation to customers, understanding their requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with preference for technical or industrial product experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
