Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as a Sales Manager (Fire Protection Systems) and lead our sales efforts in the East Region. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in the fire protection industry. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of $4,000 – $6,000, plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance bonuses.

You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and exceeding revenue targets. You’ll work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored fire protection solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the East Region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and direct sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase fire protection systems.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or building services industry.
  • Strong understanding of fire protection systems, regulations, and standards (e.g., SCDF, CP3).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own transport preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
