Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote JSK brands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel within Sabah and occasionally overseas as required.
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and cultural nuances is a plus.
