Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market share in the IT sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B IT sales, with at least 3-5 years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based business solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale a high-growth sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
