Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed club revenue and membership growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to maintain high conversion rates and exceptional customer service standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the Central Singapore area to pivot strategies proactively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the club management team to ensure seamless alignment between sales targets and operational service delivery.
- Utilize CRM data to track performance metrics, generate weekly sales reports, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Foster strategic partnerships and corporate outreach initiatives to expand the brand's footprint in the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the premium fitness, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
