Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales management
