Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote salon services and products
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Manage and grow our online presence through consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Collaborate with the salon team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with beauty industry trends and competitor activities
- Support sales initiatives by creating materials that drive customer conversions
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong creative and writing skills for content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with beauty or lifestyle industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
- Applicants from Tawau, Sabah are preferred
