Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively scout and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback for the management team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
