Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers and investors.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to create compelling marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Organize promotional events and open houses to increase brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the property or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a team.
