Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts through regular visits and service excellence.
- Coordinate with marketing team to design promotional activities and in‑store merchandising.
- Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or bakery industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Jawa Barat region as needed.
