Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, corporate clients, and healthcare partners
- Promote medical center services including consultation, diagnostics, and specialized treatments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient referrals and service delivery
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Attend community events and healthcare fairs to increase brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Filipino
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Laguna and nearby areas
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on building long-term relationships
