Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales agreements to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Raya area as required.
