Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hospital services
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and referral sources
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities to showcase hospital capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and referral dynamics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within Bulacan and nearby areas
