Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Santa Rosa area.
- Present and demonstrate products or services (including collectibles) to customers, highlighting value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in direct sales or a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
