Vertiv invites a results-driven Sales Operation & Support Executive to join our regional team in the North-East Region. In this role you will ensure smooth sales operations and provide essential support across bid development, order processing, and local sales and marketing activities. You will work closely with sales professionals, finance, logistics, and marketing to optimize order cycles, improve accuracy, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end order processing and contract administration, assisting bid management with tender preparation, pricing, and compliance, and maintaining accurate sales data in our CRM. You will generate regular sales performance reports, support forecasting, and contribute to regional campaigns that drive demand and brand visibility. The role also requires proactive communication with customers and internal partners to resolve issues, fulfill commitments, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end sales order processing and contract administration to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Provide bid support including tender preparation, pricing analysis, and compliance with procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and generate reports for forecasting and performance management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, and marketing) to streamline operations and resolve escalations.
- Support local sales and marketing activities, campaigns, and partner coordination to drive demand in the North-East Region.
- Monitor order status, communicate updates to customers, and ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
- Uphold SOPs, pricing guidelines, and contract terms, and manage discount approvals as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or bid support.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced regional team and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable with reporting and data visualization.
