Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data across 20 company branches to identify trends and patterns
- Process and interpret complex sales data to identify root causes of performance fluctuations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement data-driven strategies for improving performance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable solutions
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support forecasting initiatives by analyzing historical sales data and market trends
- Work closely with other departments to align sales operations with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of sales processes and metrics is highly desirable
