Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to frontline teams.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring sessions to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning content, manuals, and role-play scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops and group training sessions on negotiation, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and actionable development plans to sales representatives and managers.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a coaching or training role.
- Proven ability to drive measurable sales improvements through training interventions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and learning management systems.
- Certification in sales training or coaching (e.g., CPCT, CCUI) is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt coaching styles to diverse learning needs and personalities.
- Passion for the automotive industry and digital marketplace innovation.
