To sustain our growth in the Food and Beverage (F&B) wholesale vertical, we are looking for a proactive Sales/Product Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila.

In this role, you will combine sales acumen with product expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will manage existing accounts, win new business, and help customers choose the right equipment, accessories, and consumables to optimize operations, workflow, and profitability. You will also work closely with our Product and Operations teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely deliveries, and exceptional after-sales support. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with diverse customers including chefs, procurement officers, and operations managers. You will analyze client needs, present compelling demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals. You will track activity in our CRM, report on forecasting, and contribute to market insights that help shape product mix and promotions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of F&B wholesale customers (restaurants, hotels, caterers) in Metro Manila and surrounding areas; consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and sell kitchen equipment, commercial appliances, and related supplies; deliver persuasive product demonstrations and accurate pricing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts; conduct regular check-ins and provide after-sales support.
  • Identify new business opportunities; generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Logistics) to ensure accurate quotes, timely deliveries, and seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and training to customers and junior staff; stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate terms and secure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in wholesale, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or kitchen equipment sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage with decision-makers.
  • Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment, smallwares, and foodservice operations.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics; ability to forecast and manage pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel within Metro Manila.
