In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our high-quality kitchen solutions and our clients in the food service sector. You won't just be selling equipment; you will be providing consultative solutions to chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality managers to help their businesses thrive. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, executive chefs, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our kitchen equipment line.
  • Identify sales opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients regarding equipment specifications and kitchen workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the food service market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial kitchen equipment or HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) supplies.
  • Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and equipment functionality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Metro Manila to meet with prospective clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a professional, customer-centric attitude.
