Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for POS and food technology solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for restaurant owners and managers to ensure product proficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback on product features and improvements based on client needs.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and proposals in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging food technology to position AM Group effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the F&B (Food and Beverage) or Retail POS industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and demonstrate complex POS software systems and hardware integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for client visits and field work.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food technology is a significant plus.
