In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping restaurants, hotels, and hospitality partners curate the perfect dining experience through our high-end kitchen and tableware solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in culinary trends. You will work closely with our product team to stay updated on new arrivals and assist clients in finding the perfect fit for their establishment's aesthetic and functional needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality and foodservice industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the quality and design of our tableware lines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive lead generation and account management.
- Provide expert product recommendations tailored to specific client needs and dining concepts.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the tableware and kitchen supplies sector.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in kitchenware, hospitality supplies, or the food service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Professional demeanor and ability to present products confidently to executive chefs and procurement managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM or inventory management software.
- Exceptional command of English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
