Responsibilities
- Execute community outreach programs to identify and engage potential new members.
- Deliver persuasive presentations regarding membership benefits and organizational services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and local partners.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment targets and KPIs set by management.
- Document field activities, lead generation, and daily progress reports accurately.
- Represent the company professionally at local events and marketing activations.
- Provide feedback on market trends and community needs to improve outreach strategies.
- Ensure all member inquiries are handled with excellence and professional courtesy.
Qualifications
- At least a High School graduate; Vocational or College degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, field marketing, or canvassing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within Paranaque City and surrounding areas.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a resilient attitude.
- Professional appearance and a customer-centric mindset.
- Native or professional fluency in Tagalog and basic English.
