Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential customers within the Zamboanga Peninsula region.
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of company products to prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain an active database of leads and customer interactions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly performance quotas.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitor activities to management.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Proficiency in local dialects and professional English/Tagalog.
- Self-motivated personality with a strong sense of urgency and goal-orientation.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- High school diploma or vocational degree holder; college degree in Business or related fields is an advantage.
