Smarter Kitchen Cabinet is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This role focuses on expanding our client base, presenting our innovative kitchen cabinet solutions, and delivering outstanding service from initial contact to installation follow-up.
As the frontline ambassador for the brand, you will conduct site visits, client meetings, and showroom or branch visits to build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. You will also coordinate inventory checks to ensure product availability and timely orders, collaborating with the operations team to meet customer expectations.
In this role, you will leverage your consultative selling skills to understand client needs and translate them into customized cabinet solutions that maximize space, aesthetics, and functionality. You will collaborate with designers and project coordinators to ensure designs align with client goals and installation timelines.
Key responsibilities include discovering new business opportunities, delivering compelling product demonstrations, preparing accurate quotes, managing order processing, and maintaining meticulous records in our CRM. A successful candidate will combine sales drive with a consultative approach, translating customer needs into tailored cabinet solutions that optimize space and function.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings within Metro Manila to generate new business and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers.
- Demonstrate and present Smarter Kitchen Cabinet products, highlighting features, finishes, and customization options.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order placement, including preparing quotes and negotiating terms.
- Coordinate inventory checks and collaborate with operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM, track sales activities, and provide timely reports to management.
- Collaborate with showrooms, branches, and partners to drive demand and close deals.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, interior design, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, home improvement, or B2B environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage a sales pipeline within Metro Manila.
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila for client visits and showroom meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; able to create proposals and quotes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
