As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand. Your primary focus will be to drive exceptional sales results by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions. You will utilize your excellent negotiation skills to close sales and exceed monthly targets. Beyond sales, you will play a critical role in the seamless operation of the outlet. This includes managing inventory levels, receiving and organizing stock, maintaining high visual merchandising standards to attract customers, overseeing cashiering duties, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming, clean, and orderly. You will work closely with the management team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns that boost foot traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective product presentation.
- Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS terminal management.
- Assist in inventory management activities such as stock receiving, replenishment, and regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the retail team and management to implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking performance against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Nitec, or equivalent qualification. Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, outlet operations, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus to serve diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet sales KPIs.
- Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using POS inventory systems.
- Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
