Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential new clients and business opportunities in the Barito Utara region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, activity logs, and performance updates for management review.
- Coordinate closely with the distribution and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and consultation to ensure clients choose the right safety solutions.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with industry trends, safety regulations, and competitor movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; experience in industrial safety products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally within Kalimantan Tengah as required by business needs.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
