We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused Sales Representative to join our Kota Bharu office on a full time basis. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company for customers in Kota Bharu and surrounding areas. You will promote our product lines, demonstrate features, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery and after sales support. You will build and maintain strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the warehouse team to meet customer needs. The position requires a proactive approach, strong listening skills, and a solutions driven mindset. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in Kota Bharu and surrounding areas.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote our plumbing and hardware products, explaining features and benefits.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on time delivery.
- Provide excellent after sales service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new product launches.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM, track sales activities, and provide timely reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate or equivalent; relevant experience in plumbing or hardware sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malay and English.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self motivated, goal driven, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit customers as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and CRM software; ability to prepare quotes and maintain records.
