About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at Prima Jaya Mandiri Makmur, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your primary responsibility is to visit assigned distributors and retail outlets regularly to maintain product displays, negotiate shelf space, and introduce new products. You will also be tasked with identifying and onboarding new outlets (NOO) to expand our distribution network.
Key performance metrics include achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, and building strong relationships with distributor partners. You will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned distributors and retail outlets in Palembang and surrounding areas.
- Ensure optimal product display, stock availability, and brand visibility at all times.
- Acquire new outlets (NOO) to expand the customer base and market reach.
- Introduce new products and promotional programs to distributors and retailers.
- Negotiate product placement and promotional spaces with store managers.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the supervisor.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, including visit summaries and achievements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or distributor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and own vehicle for field visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Palembang and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
