Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
