Marand Family Resort, a premier destination in Bauang, La Union, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping guests plan their perfect getaway, corporate event, or dream wedding.
You will play a pivotal role in growing our revenue streams by engaging with prospective clients, building long-term relationships, and effectively communicating the unique value of our resort facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and wedding planners.
- Conduct professional site tours and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our resort's unique amenities and packages.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal packages and resort events.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Handle client inquiries and contract negotiations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and administrative tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as business needs require.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to La Union.
