Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in assigned territories
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field visits
- Knowledge of welding products or industrial equipment preferred
