Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company welding products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and open new accounts while maintaining relationships with current clients
- Provide excellent customer service and technical product support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the La Union and Ilocos Region
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of welding products or industrial equipment is an advantage
- Graduate of any business, engineering, or technical course is preferred
