Your Role:
As a Sales Representative, you are the bridge between our customers and the freedom that a motorcycle brings. Your primary focus will be driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience from the showroom floor to after-sales support.

Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present the best motorcycle options from Wheeltek's extensive inventory.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive customer interest and facilitate test drives.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Process all sales documentation accurately, including financing applications, invoices, and warranty registration.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Wheeltek's offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in any field. College undergraduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Filipino and English.
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Must be willing to work and reside in or near Calasiao, Pangasinan.
- Must possess a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License (Motorcycle restriction is required).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
