Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients, including contractors, architects, and developers, within the Taguig and Metro Manila area.
- Present and demonstrate construction materials (cement, steel, lumber, tools, etc.) to potential buyers, highlighting product quality and benefits.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure sales and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for field sales.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work full-time and handle field visits.
