Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Janji Jiwa products (beverages and food) directly to consumers
- Operate mobile sales unit via bicycle/motorcycle or serve from fixed high-traffic locations
- Maintain product inventory, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Build rapport with customers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of sales equipment and product presentation
- Provide real-time feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid motorcycle license (if applying for mobile position)
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Physical stamina for outdoor work and standing for extended periods
