Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face selling and merchandising at local retail outlets and large provision stores.
- Execute promotional activities, product activations, and in‑store events to drive sales.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare daily reports, and monitor performance against targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the Johor Bahru area.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email) and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
