In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market footprint by managing relationships with our Local Key Accounts and Modern Trade partners.

You will be the primary point of contact for supermarket chains and retail outlets, ensuring that our products are well-represented, effectively merchandised, and consistently available for our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on meeting targets, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and enjoys the fast-paced nature of the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned Local Key Accounts and Modern Trade partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility, proper shelf placement, and stock availability.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide insightful feedback to the management team.
  • Negotiate product listings, promotional activities, and display spaces with store managers and buyers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, inventory updates, and activity logs on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product delivery and replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, specifically within the FMCG or Modern Trade sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across Metro Manila for store visits.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
