Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new merchant partners to expand our network coverage.
- Execute on-ground marketing and activation campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective merchants.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to successful onboarding.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach to hit individual and team acquisition targets.
- Gather market feedback and user insights to help refine our product offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and/or local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse business owners.
- Energetic, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Kuala Lumpur area.
