Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to customers, guiding them through frame selection and lens options.
- Actively promote Owndays products to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store atmosphere in line with brand standards.
- Perform basic optical measurements and handle customer inquiries regarding product specifications.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage inventory levels.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the team to implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college undergraduate with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion, luxury goods, or optics, is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Must be highly energetic, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Residency in or near Santo Tomas City, Batangas is a plus.
