Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation within the Laguna area.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our tech marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current promotional campaigns and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and competitor activity.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support the overall objectives of the sales department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the technology or marketing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with diverse client groups.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Residency in or proximity to Calamba City, Laguna, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
