Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales representatives in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Travel to client sites and events as required to build relationships and close deals.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence decision‑makers.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding regions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for learning and growth in sales.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
