Responsibilities
- Assist and engage walk-in clients to determine their specific flooring requirements and design preferences.
- Promote and demonstrate a wide variety of floor products, highlighting features, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Explain product specifications and pricing structures to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment for customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and product samples as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales deals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for POS transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the showroom.
