In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.
You will be responsible for maintaining a well‑organized sales floor, processing transactions accurately, and collaborating with fellow team members to meet daily sales targets. We offer a competitive base salary of ₱16,000–₱18,000 per month, supplemented by performance‑based commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, providing product information, handling cash and electronic payments, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains clean and presentable. You will also be tasked with reporting sales trends to management and participating in promotional events to boost brand visibility.
Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present product features and benefits to drive sales and meet targets.
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to the store manager.
- Participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns to boost revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Filipino and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge continuously.
