Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share within the feed milling industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and consult with feed mill owners to provide value-added solutions for their operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sale account management.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and technical teams to ensure product availability and quality standards are met for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the feed milling or animal nutrition industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Deep understanding of the feed milling process and the logistics of animal nutrition products in the Philippines.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Metro Manila and surrounding regions as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
