Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the packaging industry.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and provide coaching to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the sales/marketing department.
- Possess a strong background in the manufacturing or packaging industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a target-oriented team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang and perform field-based sales duties.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
