Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support including system design reviews, load calculations, and equipment selection for chiller and HVAC projects
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct post-sales technical guidance to ensure proper installation, commissioning, and operational success
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chiller and HVAC systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets quality and timeline standards
- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chiller systems, HVAC engineering, or technical sales support
- Proficiency with AWS and VB (Visual Basic) tools for calculations and system modeling
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, heat transfer, and HVAC system components
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience preparing technical documentation, proposals, and cost analyses
- Customer-focused mindset with proven track record in client relationship management
- Valid Singapore driving license preferred for on-site visits
