Search Personnel is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator in Bishan East, Singapore. This position acts as the essential bridge between customers, suppliers and the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in sales coordination or order processing and thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with quote preparation, processing purchase orders, and coordinating supplier logistics to meet agreed delivery timelines. You will monitor order progress from entry to delivery, update stakeholders with proactive status reports, and help maintain data integrity in our CRM and ERP systems. A strong customer service mindset and effective communication will ensure a seamless experience for customers and internal teams alike.
As part of the Sales Operations group, you will collaborate with account managers and procurement teams to respond to inquiries, confirm pricing, and ensure compliance with company procedures. You will also identify process improvements to speed up cycles and reduce errors, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes and assist customers with pricing inquiries.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and secure necessary approvals.
- Coordinate suppliers and logistics to meet delivery timelines.
- Track order status and deliveries, providing proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM/ERP systems and generate routine reports.
- Collaborate with sales team to respond to inquiries and support order fulfillment.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales coordination or order processing experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data entry; comfortable with CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
