Job Description

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and serve as a trusted right hand in ensuring that all sales plans are executed with excellence and aligned with company objectives. This role blends strategic thinking on focus channels with hands on execution to accelerate revenue growth, improve win rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

As the key liaison across sales, marketing, product, and operations, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable tasks, monitor performance across prioritised channels, and deliver timely insights to leadership. You will prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and client-ready materials, supporting the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. Your hands on involvement in forecasting, pipeline management, and relationship building with key accounts will be critical to the regional success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Manager in executing sales plans across focus channels to meet or exceed targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, developing weekly dashboards for leadership.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate strategy into actionable sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners to drive growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-ready materials; assist with RFP responses.
  • Ensure accurate sales documentation, manage contract requests, and oversee order processing and follow-up.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning to optimise resources and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
